Will the tours be guided by people other than you?

No. All tours are guided by myself.

Where will we meet? Do you offer pick-up/ drop-off service?

Yes I do. I will meet you at your hotel lobby, HKIA, or arriving hall of cruise terminal. We can also meet at anywhere appropriate in the city to your preference.

Can you cater to my specific dietary needs (vegan, gluten free, etc)?

Absolutely! Hong Kong is called a “food paradise” for a reason. There are so many good options for everyone! And you’re asking the right person here - a passionate foodie who was a food journalist for 6 years and know every hole in the wall in the city.

What will be the mode of transportation?

My tours are usually conducted in a combination of “Walking” and “taking public transportation“, e.g. Ferry, Subway, bus, Tram etc.. I can also arrange private transportation (5 or 7 seats compact car) if applicable. Please contact me for the exact quotation of the rental service. For a Private Bike Tour, we will mainly be riding on the bike, with a bit of walking in between breaks to various sites.

How’s a normal cost of public transportation like?

Hong Kong’s public transportation is very convenient and economic. Normally HKD 50-100 will be sufficient for the expense on public transportation per day for our Hong Kong Private Walking Tour (Except Airport Express for HKD 180 round trip which is one of the most efficient way for those stop-over tourists travelling to downtown).

Can you arrange private transportation for us?

Yes, I can help to arrange a 7-seater private car and driver at an extra cost. Please contact me for the exact quote and vehicle availability.

Do you have any discount for children?

Children under 15 years old are all FREE OF CHARGE. This applies to their age on the day of the tour.

Do you accept credit card payment?

Yes I do. If you would prefer credit card payment, I will arrange a secure online payment link for you. Please note that for online payment, the transaction has to be processed 7 days ahead of the tour.

Can I bring a baby stroller on the tour?

Yes you can. The city is stroller friendly. However, streets in Hong Kong are famous for being narrow and crowded. There might be times that you need to fold your buggy and hold your baby.

Are your walking tours suitable for people who are less physically active?

Yes! Your safety and comfort is my top concern. I can always accommodate the tour with nice spots - food and drinks, beautiful parks, and even while we are taking public transportation - for taking breaks along the way.

Do you have a standard itinerary for every tour?

Not really. All my tours are custom made to fit your interests and preferences. I will have a thorough discussion with you before the tour to create a bespoke yet flexible itinerary for you. I know most part of the city by heart. Changes are welcome even during the tour.

Do you accept last-minute booking?

Yes I do if I’m still available. However, I strongly recommend you to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Can I re-schedule the tour after the booking is confirmed?

No problem if my schedule are vacant for your alternative schedule. But please do discuss with me at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
